As soon as registration is open, we host monthly team nights where teams are invited to come along and join us for an evening of friendly, informal fun and information sharing. Team captains are encouraged to attend these meetings if at all possible, but you are very welcome to send someone in your place if you cannot attend, or to bring someone with you if you don’t want to come alone, or if others want to come too and find out more.

Team nights are held on the second Wednesday of every month, 7:30-9:00pm at Ascot Racecourse.

2020 Team Meetings

Team nights are a good opportunity to:

• Pay in any money that you have raised so far
• Collect posters / flyers / banners / balloons for any events that you have planned (please email us in advance so that we make sure we bring what you need with us!)
• Pick up some candle of hope bags for your team to sell
  
• Learn more about what other teams have done, or are planning to do, to fundraise, and what has worked well / not to well
• Get more information about Cancer Research UK priorities and become more Cancer aware
• Ask any questions that you may have.
  

After each meeting, we will email out a newsletter recapping what we discussed, which can be useful for anyone who cannot make a meeting.
